1.   How can I place an order?

Shopping at Legends is quick and easy!

  • Enter all the required information

  • Choose the payment method

  • Click “Place Order”

Note: Once you add all your favorite articles, review your cart & proceed to check out. You can always add or remove articles from your cart before placing the order.

 

2.   Is my order confirmed?

You will always get an email or a call from our Customer Service Associate to confirm your order.

 

3.   What payment options do I have?

Currently, we are offering following two payment methods:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • Jazz Cash

 

4.   Are there any additional charges for Cash On Delivery?

There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery.

 

5.   Do I need to pay the shipment charges on my order?

We offer free shipping in Pakistan on orders above PKR 2,500. However, shipping charges of PKR 200 are applied for orders below the mentioned price.

 

6.   How long does a delivery take?

It usually takes 3-5 working days and it doesn’t include weekends and public holidays.

 

7.   Do you offer same day delivery?

Currently we are offering only standard shipping methods.

 

8.   Why did the product disappear from my cart?

Please keep in mind that even though you have placed an item in your SHOPPING BAG, it does not count as a purchase. It is possible that someone else checked out the item while it was in your SHOPPING BAG and the product is now out of stock. If that is the case, then you can simply come back to the website and place a new order when the product is available again.

 

9.   Can I get a Legends shopping bag along with my order?

Yes, you can. You need to mention it in the “COMMENTS” section during the checkout process.

 

10.   Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at Legends without creating an account. However, creating an account makes the process quicker for your next purchase.

 

11.   How do I create an account at Legends?

Creating an account at Legends is quick and simple. Click the “SIGN UP” option at the top right side of the page and fill in a small form with your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & “SIGN IN”.

 

12.   Can I edit my details after creating an account?

You can always edit your details by signing up to your account and clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab.

 

13.   Is my personal information kept confidential?

We secure your privacy. Please be assured that at any point of time your personal information will not and cannot be shared with a third party.

 

14.   I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, follow the “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD” instructions on the “SIGN IN” page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

 

15.   Can I track my order status?

Yes, you can. If you have ordered from your account on the website, you are always able to see the status and tracking number of your order.

If you don’t have an account, you can always use the “Track Your Order” option from the website footer.

 

16.   Can I exchange the article I ordered online on any outlet?

The order placed online cannot be exchanged at any outlet. It has to be sent back within 7 days

of the online purchase in case of any issue.

 

17.   Can I cancel/modify my order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

 

18.   Do you offer cash refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we provide an online store credit of equal value (full refund of your purchase) which you can use to shop for something else at a later date. Please note that this is only applicable if you return the item within 7 days and it is not inclusive of shipping costs.

 

19.   There is a fault in the product, what do I do?

In a rare case like this, product(s) shipped in a defective condition can be returned to any of the Legends stores or should be dispatched to our warehouse by the customer.

 

20.   In which cities, do you have your outlets in Pakistan?
